Policy + Terms & Conditions

Booking Holding Time:
We would like to inform you that we strive to keep all reservations running on time and will hold your table for 20 minutes from your set booking time. If you arrive later and we do not hear from you, we may release your table based on demand and try our best to provide different seating based on availability, upon arrival at Merlin’s.

Last Order:
Our last order will be at 10 PM.

Confirmation:
Confirmation of your booking will be sent to your email address.

Group Bookings:
If you’d like to make a group booking of 7 guests or more, kindly refer to the “contact information” at the end of this page.

Walk-in Guests:
Not all of our tables can be reserved. If you can’t book the time you would prefer, you may still be able to find a table by turning up as a walk-in guest.

Exclusive Area Min. Spend:
Please be advised that minimum spend will be applied for this exclusive area of the restaurant:
– King Arthur’s Round Table: Rp750,000++ per guest
– Maximum 12 guests and minimum 8 guests are required to reserve the central round table;
– Minimum deposit of 50% will be required in order to reserve it.
– In case of round table Cancellation within 24 hours – total deposit given I.e. 50% of the total booking deposit will be charged. In case of due time cancellation before 24 hours and within 7 days, 20% of the total booking deposit will be charged.

Dress Code:
Our Customers mostly choose Casual-Elegant attire.

Outside Food / Beverages:
No food or beverages from outside are allowed at our premises.

3 Oracle Cards Experience Booking

• The full price of the 3 Oracle Cards is IDR 600.000,- per guest, which is inclusive of the food-only three course menu (appetizer, main course, and a dessert) and applicable taxes. Any additional orders will incur an extra charge at the end of the meal.

• We kindly ask that you are ready to be seated at the time of your reservation to ensure the best possible level of service to all of our guests. If you are running late, we kindly ask that you notify us via WhatsApp on +6281373101037 and the table will then be subject to availability.
• Your table will be held for 20 minutes after which time it may be allocated to another customer.

Table Allocation

• Due to the restaurant often being fully booked, we may not be able to give you specific area requests when taking reservations. Your understanding is appreciated. As the reservation is taken as per the time lots and not as per specific tables.

7 Oracle Cards Experience Booking

• The full price of the 7 Oracle Cards is IDR 1.100.000,- which is inclusive of the 5 course menu and a cocktail, and all applicable taxes for the 7 Oracle Cards experience. Additional A la Carte orders can be settled separately.
